- A female Indian National holding a current Indian passport, PAN card, and Aadhaar card.
- Between the ages of 18-27 years
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Must’ve completed class 12 from a recognised board /university with minimum 50% marks.
- Minimum height required: 155 cm
- Weight: In proportion to height.
- BMI Range: 18 to 22.
- Well-groomed with no visible tattoos in uniform.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Vision 6/6.
A. Air India – Trainee Cabin Crew – Job Purpose
To ensure the safety, security, and comfort of passengers while delivering exceptional in-flight service standards. The role requires maintaining a professional demeanour, providing personalised care, and consistently enhancing the guest experience to meet world-class aviation standards
B. Key Accountabilities
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols before, during, and after flights.
- Deliver high-quality in-flight service, guest assistance, and address special needs.
- Manage guest comfort and resolve complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Conduct safety demonstrations and assist guests in case of emergencies.
- Maintain effective communication with flight crew and ground staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Represent the airline positively and always uphold its reputation and values.
C. Skills Required for the Role
- Represent Air India with professionalism, courtesy, and cultural sensitivity.
- Comply with all DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) regulations and ensure licenses and training are current.
- Warm, approachable, and empathetic in dealing with passengers.
- Meet required medical fitness standards for flying duties.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive in emergencies
- Maintain knowledge of service procedures and company policies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current safety and security requirements
D. Educational and Experience Requirements
- Minimum Education Requirement – Must’ve completed class 12 from a recognised board /university with minimum 50% marks
- Minimum Requirement: Freshers eligible; prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Desired: 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation.
