Can a 12-year-old get a plane ticket?

Children aged eight to less than twelve years old may travel unaccompanied, provided they avail a ticket at the ticket office or through PAL reservations hotline for further assistance. Note that minors below 13 years of age are not allowed to travel alone for international travel.
