What is Galileo?
Galileo is a computer reservations system (CRS) owned by Travelport. Besides airline reservations, it is utilized for booking train travel, cruises, car rentals, and hotel rooms. Galileo is a member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the Open Travel Alliance. It was founded in 1987 by nine European carriers and has since become a widely used CRS globally.
